At Velbora, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love what you order, and we've made our refund and return process simple and fair.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
